Psychotherapy Rates

The following rates are for Psychotherapy Services:

  • Initial Individual Consultation (90 Minutes) - $300
  • Initial Couples Consultation (90 minutes) - $350
  • Individual Psychotherapy Session (55 minutes) - $200
  • Couples Psychotherapy Session (55 minutes) - $225
  • Individual Extended Psychotherapy Session (90 minutes) - $300
  • Couples Psychotherapy Session (55 minutes) - $225

Insurance

I am out-of-network with most major insurance plans. What this means is that your insurance may reimburse for some of the session cost. It would be your responsibility to pay for sessions up front. I am happy to provide statements with all the information Insurance Providers would need for you to submit for reimbursement. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services

I would recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
  • Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
  • Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
  • Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
  • Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Consultation and Supervision Rates

The following rates are for Therapists looking for professional consultation or supervision services:

  • Consultation Session (55 minutes) - $200
  • Supervision Session (55 minutes) - $200

Payment

I accept cash, check, or credit cards as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
