Individual therapy is one of the most practiced and popular forms of psychotherapy. It provides focused one-on-one individual attention. Typically, sessions are 50 minutes in duration once per week. Number of sessions per week may increase or decrease depending on your circumstances. For an understanding of how I approach individual therapy, please refer to the Philosophy & Approach page.
