You may have tried many things on your own before reaching out for help. You may be confused about even where to begin. Or you may have some idea of where your struggles lie, but seem to have difficult time getting to a solution.  If so, you are not alone. This is quite common.  Through the confusion at least one thing may be clear. You are hurting and you want help. And this is why you are here.

My work is committed to helping individuals significantly reduce or overcome the suffering caused by depression, anxiety, and trauma.  The journey to feeling better is not necessarily easy, but with commitment and courage from both of us, it is possible.  We can work together to find a way out of the confusion.
